We offer a range of Lebanese style or homemade gluten free wraps and salads made to order for each customer.
Our savoury wraps are served hot with the following fillings:
- Pea, mint & fetta fritters – vegetarian
- Sundired tomato, chipotle and cherry tomato fritters – vegan
Our deliciously light gluten free wraps are made from chickpea flour and produced using a crepe iron for a thin golden wrap.
All served with homemade coleslaw, salad leaves, sliced peppers, tomatoes, cucumber & grated carrot and a range of sauces and oils, including homemade mint and yoghurt sauce and a vegan mayonnaise made from chickpea water – aqua faba.
Or homemade salads such as lentil salad, pasta salad and couscous salad served with homemade courgette frittata (v), falafel Scotch egg (v), vegan Scotch egg or local hand carved ham. The salads are produced using seasonal homegrown ingredients where possible, served in a box to enjoy as a picnic or to take home.
